When the pandemic hit, all of our “Just Ok” themed work stopped, and we needed to quickly pivot to a brand voice that was both reassuring and authentic for AT&T customers. So we brought back the brands most beloved spokesperson, Lily (no seriously - approval ratings went through the roof).
